COVID19 update:
All of our community is aware of the impact of Coronavirus on business and everyday life- from paying the bills to getting groceries to attending religious service.
Many of you also may be aware that healthcare providers are facing a unique challenge- balancing their obligations to the community to care for patients and protecting that same community from the spread of disease.
At Fields Family Dentistry, we have taken unprecedented measures above our already thorough policies for protecting patients and staff. We have a responsibility to provide care to our patients that need it, as well as lessening the burden on other healthcare providers. However, we have to do our part to minimize risk of spreading disease in the community, by following guidelines from the White House, Governor, and American Dental Association.
When you are to be seen, we have measures in place to protect you and minimize risk. We continue to practice standard precautions of infection control between patients. We use proper hand washing, sterilize dental instruments, and disinfect dental chairs, instruments, door knobs, restrooms and material with high level disinfectant.
We are requesting a wait in your car option. Simply, call the office when you arrive and we will check you in and call you back when your room is ready for you.
Please understand that we, like you, are putting forth tremendous effort to understand and adapt to this new challenge to our community. Thank you for your continued support and please do your part to minimize risk to your families and those in your community.
