Fields Family Dentistry Team

We know that our office is only as effective and as welcoming as the people who work in it, which is why we take pride in our friendly and well-trained team members! As a team, we are especially interested in making all our patients feel right at home! We put your needs first to achieve efficient and comprehensive treatment in a supportive and nurturing environment. We promise to speak candidly with you about possible treatments as well as any risks and associated costs of treatment, and how treatment can address your individual needs as a patient.

Our staff is uniquely trained and highly skilled, and we strive to provide energetic and fun-loving service to each patient. Our staff consists of team members with specialized training and multiple certifications, and each one of our team members has years of experience in treating patients with the highest level of care. We strive to stay abreast of the very latest in technology and advances by regularly attending continuing education courses and seminars.

Cynthia, has a well rounded background in dentistry. From working in a Lab to working for a local insurance company. She brings a lot of knowledge and processes to our team.

When she is not in the office she is with her pet’s, grandkids, and family.

Claudia, Lead Expanded Function Dental Assistant

Claudia loves her daughter, who attends Penn State University and her 2 fur baby Chihuahua’s. One day she will travel the world. Until then, she loves working at Fields Family Dentistry with some of her best friends and building relationships with her patients.

Denise, Expanded Function Dental Assistant

Denise has been working in dentistry since 2017. She enjoys giving people their confidence back by helping them smile bigger and brighter. She chose to work at Fields Family Dentistry because of the team and patients who make it feel like a family atmosphere.

Her greatest accomplishment in life is raising her daughter. In her free time she enjoys family trips to the beach, back yard BBQ’s and relaxing at home watching movies.

Gena, Expanded Function Dental Assistant

Gena loves working with kids either at Fields Family Dentistry or at home. She loves how much fun she has everyday with her coworkers and patients.

I found my calling in the 7th grade when I entered the science fair learning about the effects of acidity on teeth. Won first prize! Working at Fields Family Dentistry keeps my passion growing for dental health and helping the community. 


I’m a proud mother of son and daughter, Zach and Alexis, bonus daughter and son, Olivia and Jake. I have a wonderful husband and partner, John, and a spunky four-legged son Humphrey. When I’m not in the office I enjoy walking, shopping, and trying craft beer, however dental health is my passion!
Haven, Expanded Function Dental Assistant
Haven was a patient prior to being an employee at Fields Family Dentistry, coming to the office for her regular check ups showed her interest in pursuing dentistry. She joined Fields Family Dentistry in 2020 after graduating from HACC’s Dental Assisting Program, and while working got her Expanded Function Dental Assistant license. She truly enjoys restoring smiles and making patients feel comfortable. Haven loves how much fun she has with her coworkers, spending free time with family, her husband, and her mini goldendoole Leela. 
J.C., AR Coordinator

J.C. came to Fields Family Dentistry in 2018 due to his love and passion of helping others and helping them smile, this can also be seen in all of his volunteer work with St Jude and as a volunteer fireman and EMT.  He chose to work at Fields Family Dentistry because of the passion and commitment the doctors and staff have for each of their patients.  J.C. enjoys traveling with his wife and daughter, spending time with his lab Remi and hitting the slopes or the links whenever possible.

Jamie Has been with Fields Family dentistry for over a decade. She has a passion for helping patients improve their oral hygiene to make them feel like the best version of themselves. She values the relationships she has grown over the years with her patients and treats every individual like family. Jamie enjoys traveling with her husband, spending time with her shorkies, and going to Country concerts.

Jessica, Practice Administrator

Jessica joined Fields Family Dentistry so she can help others and enjoys how patients become like family in a short time. “I see a whole team that works together and uses each other’s strengths to make the best experiences for our office and patients.”

When she is not at work, she loves playing with her 2 kids that enjoy the outdoors, camping, movies, or volunteering at the local fire company or cub scouts.

Kristin, Dental Hygienist

Kristin Has worked for Fields Family Dentistry for over a decade, she said she loves meeting all of the new patients. She also enjoys spending time with her family and is a season ticket holder to the Hershey Bears.

Melissa, Registered Dental Hygienist

Melissa worked as a temp for Fields Family Dentistry for years prior to joining the office full time. She loves her career and the team work in the office to help each patient.“I’m amazed at how involved and active this office is with the community. There is always something happening or an opportunity to volunteer.”  Melissa can be found outdoors Kayaking, hiking, exploring, or just looking for adventure when she is not at work. 

Sierra, Business Administrator

Sierra came to Fields Family Dentistry because after a few years in the dental field she kept hearing amazing reviews about how we work. With in days of starting she knew she found her forever career. Every day Sierra is excited about helping a patient fix a problem or find a solution they didn’t think was possible.

When she is not at work you can find her and her family enjoying one of the local festivals, or children’s events. They love to travel and visit the beach or hike mountains. Family means a lot to Sierra, and from having her extended family so close, she truly treats every person she meets like a member of her extended family.
